What is the minimum order quantity?

Our baseline minimum for screen printing (sablon) is 12 pieces per run. This accommodates set-up and screen creation costs. Standard konveksi (garment manufacturing) runs depend on your specific custom layout, fabric availability, and pattern complexity.

Which file formats are acceptable for design?

We require vector-based files such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF for cleanest output. If submitting high-resolution raster files (.PNG or .JPG), they must be prepared at a minimum of 300 DPI at the exact dimensions of final execution.

Can you manage large-scale corporate orders?

Yes. Our Cikarang facilities are fully structured to balance large-scale batch manufacturing, including custom promotional merchandise, corporate uniforms, and complete boutique apparel lines with standard pattern-making capability.

Do you provide pre-production samples?

We offer pre-production physical samples for large-scale garment manufacturing (konveksi) once design specs are formally locked. For standard screen printing, dynamic mockups are built initially; physical screen-test samples are available upon request for a nominal setup fee.
