Material Planning
We match premium plastisol, water-based, and rubber pigments to chosen cotton weights.
Provide your project overview below, and our Cikarang studio representative will verify your specifications.
We establish your order size, structural patterns, and choose between plastisol or water-based ink textures.
Prior to full production, vector graphics are aligned to pattern templates. Real physical pre-production samples are offered for konveksi runs.
Our Cikarang facility handles the screen tensioning, pigment application, and precise stitching under strict environment parameters.
Every single finished garment undergoes careful manual inspection before packaging and hand-off or local freight collection.
Our baseline minimum for screen printing (sablon) is 12 pieces per run. This accommodates set-up and screen creation costs. Standard konveksi (garment manufacturing) runs depend on your specific custom layout, fabric availability, and pattern complexity.
We require vector-based files such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF for cleanest output. If submitting high-resolution raster files (.PNG or .JPG), they must be prepared at a minimum of 300 DPI at the exact dimensions of final execution.
Yes. Our Cikarang facilities are fully structured to balance large-scale batch manufacturing, including custom promotional merchandise, corporate uniforms, and complete boutique apparel lines with standard pattern-making capability.
We offer pre-production physical samples for large-scale garment manufacturing (konveksi) once design specs are formally locked. For standard screen printing, dynamic mockups are built initially; physical screen-test samples are available upon request for a nominal setup fee.
